The guy that asked for a test drive and a mechanic check offered 2 grand less than I'm asking. I've only had it listed 3 days I'm not desperate to sale right now. Don't need the money just don't use the boat. Thanks for the advice everyone. I was curious what others have done.

Best way would be a purchase agreement with 1K deposit. Other then that, tell him to take a hike. By selling it that way, you run off tire kickers and save time and money.

Sounds reasonable, depending on the price you are asking.

I just offered a guy $27k less than he is asking. He rejected, but did counter-offer. Let eth negotiations commence. I was somewhat afraid he would not even entertain us.

Fell in love with his boat at he Gulfport Boat show. for any of you that have never been to the Gulfport Boat show, it is pretty damn cool. Right on the water. Boats available for sea trials (not cheap ones though). Sailboats too.
