It's a good thing I'm a vegetarian. I don't have to run very far to tire out broccoli.

yes she was fine the next morning. just severely dehydrated and couldn't hold food down...got 4 bags of fluid, 2 onsite and two later at the ER (short ride from the race med tent)...she finished about 6pm and we left the ER at about midnight. she woke up the next morning fresh as a daisy.
