Standing there helpless as one of my younger guys panics as he tries to get control of the situation, but even then he's standing on a 10 foot railed ladder over looking a 20 foot deep pit. Definitely one of the most helpless moments of my life and one that made me come straight home and kiss my ole lady and hold my kids as tight as I possibly can. Life is short guys. And it can end in a moments notice. Tell your family you love them, you never know when your time is up.
