No way. Every song minus One is repetitive and lacks any melody. Every song is structured just about the same.

You must be young and grew up on that album and other stuff like it, such as Pantera.

bullshite. The tracks on side B sound completely different from those on side A.

And melody isn't the end-all-be-all when acknowledging complex or magnificent songwriting. Hell, death metal is some of the most complex music you will ever hear and the majority of it prior to the emergence of the Gothenburg Sound and late Death lacks any sort of melodic quality.
