Definitely. It's kind of difficult to see because of course he's using a foreign language in the clips where they show him speaking. But from all reports he was very charismatic both in public speeches and in personal interactions. How else could a failed Austrian painter who never rose above corporal in the military talk the German people into doing so much extreme stuff?
