In all seriousness I've gone to urgent care for same exact thing. They had a machine that cleaned me out real good.

I guess what I'm concerned about is that this happens quite a bit, and right now, it doesn't seem to be an ear wax issue.
I'll go to the Urgent Care though. May sprint out of the room if they bring any sharp instruments.
