So, what's the deal?
The trooper wanted to get his brother framed and put in prison so that he could take over the family company? Or was it just because he didn't like his brother? I mean, the cop had $100k laying around for bribes so he must have been getting a piece of the Knight Oil Tools fortune.

It wasn't the trooper. Looks the like CEO paid an employee and two cops to plant drugs on his brother
