falling from 2 to 6 makes almost no impact on a team. You would still play the same team. And I'd say of all the major sports, the NBA has the least important home court advantage.

Also the 6th seed still avoids GSW which is the goal.

This isn't true at all. 2 plays 7 (Mavs) and 6 plays 3 (Clippers).

Least important by definition means it has some level of importance. Now if the Spurs thought they'd get a better matchup at 6 than 2, I believe they would forgo home court in the 1st round, but they aren't going to take the 6 seed for the hell of it or to help out some Spurs alums in NOLA.

Haha, i forgot about this gem. Took me some time. I wanted to see how many errors i could cram into one statement while still being believably infuriating. Essentially, i wanted to know what its like to be Boom.
