It's fun so far. I made it to the point where I get the l summon stick (white soapstone).
The game is still incredibly difficult but it's manageable with guides now
I really enjoy having to die 50 times to learn where to go. They don't make many games this difficult. I'm probably missing all kinds of stuff on this playthrouh but oh well. At the second bonfire in the forest as of now.

I recommend putting down your summon sign near bonfires so people pick you up - and you can learn the areas.
