I like how this was a nice little thread with good advice, and then it had to get ruined by some a-hole.

Keep it on track folks, any other good suggestions?

Tee-Wayne's Cajun Cooking on 621 between Airline and 73, daily lunch specials are usually very good.

Crossroads on 621 behind the Chevron on Hwy 44... Food is excellent service is not.

Starlight Cafe on Burnside, probably my favorite place to get a sandwich.

Carlico on Hwy 44/Airline has great breakfast never been for lunch

Mission Street Cafe on Hwy 73

Philays for poboys on Airline across from the old original Burger Delight

Griffin Grill on Hwy 73 is as close to Burger Delight as you'll find, same family.

Burger Delight on Hwy 42, took the name but the burger doesn't hold up to original.

Dempsey's took over where Rocco's was on Airline in Prairieville by the Walmart... Pretty much like a BrewBachers and pretty mediocre from what I got.

Kamal's on Hwy 74 and Airline is the best Greek/Lebanese restaurant in the area.

Coffee House is kind of out of the area on Hwy 22 and Hwy 70, and kinda "touristy" but a good place for beignets
