Worst I've ever had was $50 removed for cleanup. Pissed me off because they place was spotless except I had a small pile of dust I forgot to put in the trash can.
Bitch! $50.00 for one little broom sweep.
As stated. Clean up when everything is out. then hit every room with pictures. When they claim damages, send the pictures to call their bluff.

Yep. Tiger Plaza at least gave me half. That place was clean as shite but the mini blinds were dusty & oven/stove had some baked on shite I could not get off.
