I once had a beer by them when I lived in NC that I fell in love with. It was hoppy as hell but finished with this wonderful apple cider floral bouquet flavor. Sounds weird, but it really worked for me. To this day I have no idea what it was and it pisses me off. When all that Sam Adams stuff hit the fan a few months ago Heavy Seas was caught in the crossfire as a semi-macrobrewery and it made me sad, only because of that mysterious beer.
