Top Golf would work anywhere as long as people with money are nearby. It wouldn't work in really poor or redneck areas, obviously.
I remember going to the Dallas ones several years before they arrived in Atlanta, and it was slammed constantly. The Alpharetta one is less busy than it first was, but what amazes me is how a lot of the times the bar area is packed out even when there are open stalls on the decks. During the World Cup the place was overflowing with people apparently just there to watch games and drink.
They print money.
