Husband did. Doctor ok'd with the addition of protein powder.
For a few years I did juice for breakfast. It's very cool. You have a ton of energy and feel great. Recommend.
Fwiw. Throw in a green apple or lemon or grapes and you can make anything taste good.
Cons. Expensive, lots of trips to the fruit stand, hard to bring for lunch.
Eta. Used the fiber in the dogs food every day. He loved it.

But isn't the fiber good for you?
I'm all for adding more vegs. to one's diet, but this seems like you're adding a shite ton of sugar to your diet.
