I'm more of a believer in that if you live on a street named after a number, state, or plant, you're probably trashy.

Huh, this is 2/3rd of Manhattan and some of the most pricy residences on the planet.

Locally in New Orleans this is a large area of Carrollton and Uptown New Orleans including the Garden District.

I could plant my trashy arse on the corner of 2nd and Chestnut for the rest of my life and feel pretty good about it.
