YEa this will def stay as pasture and the pond will always be there. it use to hold some nice fish ( have one on the wall that was 8#). Last few summers its almost completely dried up.
Not real sure why we are worried about the planting of the pasture portion of it. For 8 years these fields have been grazed and well taken care of as far as limed and fertilized. Family didn't ask my thoughts on this part
