The bombs turned the Japs into civil members of society instead of fricking animals they were. Wouldn't be a bad idea to try it on the muslims in the middle east. you never know...it might work.

Irradiated rocks would turn up EVERYWHERE.
Sad part over there is the people really aren't all that different. Different religions, a little backward, but everyone I've ever known from the middle east was friendly, hospitable, and truth be told reminded me of cajuns/mexicans. You make the best of what ya got.
