The bad thing about Runescape is I played Runescape. 
The good thing is that I learned my lesson and I spent so much time on that stupid game, there is no way I will ever play another MMORPG.

I'm actually trying to recover my account right now
I don't remember my password, so it's making me send my info to an email that I haven't used in 10 years. I finally managed to recover that email but it's making me send a code to another email that I can't recover.
shite is frustrating.
