1.) Indiana - It's Indiana...they are a blue blood...I lump them with Kentucky, North Carolina, Kansas, and Duke.
2.) Texas - If you could just lockdown the talent at Houston/Dallas, you'll be fine. The pressure isn't there and the money is.
3.) Tennessee - Tennessee has great facilities. The state of Tennessee is pretty big on basketball as well (Memphis, Nashville). Although Tennessee is a football school, I've got a feeling that a real winner could have that fanbase resembling more and more of Kentucky.
4.) St. John's - I can't tell you what conference they are in. Does NYC have a real connection to the school? It's been a long time since Metta World Peace and Bootsy Thornton were running things at MSG.

Indiana used to be blue blood. The prestige has worn off quite a bit over the last 10-15 years. I'd rank them 2nd to Texas. Kids these days don't want tradition and prestige, they want big attention at big places with lots of resources and money.
Tennessee and St. John's are a distant 3rd and 4th.
