I can't believe Tokoto is declaring for the draft. LOL. Him and Roy must have been butting heads.
May be addition by subtraction for UNC, and may mean they get Ingram now.

I can understand, he probably feels stuck in a rut as a role player and needs a change. He knows staying or another year wont help him at all.
