they replace to the quality of what you have- plus those prices include the labor - that is where the dollars come in - in one house the plumber got permission to relocate the water heaters-

microwaves were top of the line micro/convection over the stove with exhaust - those are not cheap

Dishwasher repair was a typo it was our HE Washing machine- they have totally rebuilt over the last four years. but it just cost me the service fee

I did forget the service fees- those add up to$825

Do the math I am still ahead.

I have never had the issues somehave had with AHS- maybe I have been fortunate or maybe I am patient and have learned how to work inside their system.

If I were in a brand new house- NO I would not purchase-
