I think some people just want to make a phone call and not have to deal with it. It's a nice thing while I'm in an apartment for sure. I'd probably get a home warranty on a house if I didn't have family members that could fix most anything for me.

i've only been in my home about a year and a half. i got it more or less because i dont have a spare $5,000 lying around if shite happened to hit the fan
