Yes, but if that person is actually IN THE MILITARY. Not all 18 yr old assholes should be able to drink. Join the forces, get to drink.

in TX it's legal for your kid to drink in your presence, and I mean you you have to stay with them if in a restaurant, aren't supposed to get up and go to the can, I let my son have a Margarita, or a beer or two, he seems fine, no addictive tendencies, won't drink and drive, complete opposite of his old man at that age
