You and I are in complete agreement here. Notice how every year we go into the season having to find a designated closer.

having a designated closer doesnt bother me. what does bother me is using the closer when the "set up" guy is mowing them down.
it just seems that the definite roles has hurt us in three game series this season.

CPM and staff must think they are MLB managers.....He has this thing for using his bullpen like they are MLB pitchers. Setup guys, designated closer, blah, blah, blah...
