fill basket with desired amount of live crawfish .... 1 sack, 2 sacks
place basket in pot and fill with water until top of crawfish are covered
remove basket of crawfish and scribe a line at water level mark on inside of pot
or if you have a traditional large mixing paddle, place in pot of water & mark a line at the appropriate water level
