Question about a woman being a stage 5 clinger

So I have this friend who hooked up with a female. He explicitly expressed to her that he was not looking for a relationship or anything of the kind, and at most, all they would be is friends with benefits.
She responded that she wanted to be fwb's too. Her caveat is that if my friend were to ever hook up with any other woman, he had to tell her about it.
Is this normal behavior, or is she a stage 5 clinger in hiding?

Sounds like she wants to be a bffwb.. Easy way to find out though, all "he's" got to do is tell her "he" bedded another lady and see what she does.
Not really another choice if they've already hooked up, unless "he" just sticks with her.

Did he tell her she had to do the same? If so, what was her response?
Either way, FWB are only frick buddies, nothing more. What he does on the side is none of her business unless he's not wrapping it up.

I think its not abnormal. My wife has a friend (she is not my friend, I can't stand her) that would require this from her FWB. She just wanted to know what was going on, and didn't care but also didnt want to be the guys last option.
Seems reasonable to me.
Of course sometimes these woman want FWB to become relationships, this might be her attempt.

In my experience, the girl says that's what she wants, but it isn't what she wants. Eventually she will want to be exclusive, have you meet her parents and introduce you as her bf to everyone. Always happens.
