when I started managing people, I discovered that I was the lowest paid person on the team. By a lot, yet I was at a more senior level. really pissed me off. the company brought me up to the mid point of my band, but still less than 3 ppl working for me. I eventually quit over that and another HR related matter.

My boss told me I make more than he does.
