I always serve beer with boiled seafood, but if I had a guest who asked for wine I would serve a nice chilled Sauvignon Blanc. Joel Gott, Geyser Peak, Simi, Chateau Ste. Michelle (Washington State) and St. Supery all make delicious, inexpensive sauvignon blanc.


Or maybe a nice Spanish Albarino.
