New Orleans problem is not enough lanes. It gets wide in sections but then there is a bottle neck. Also, whoever designed the two on ramps, that come in from both sides right past the airport, should be drawn quarters and set on fire.

That's every city. They didn't build in anticipation for hundreds of thousands of people. The only place that I know of that built roads in anticipation for traffic is Naypyidaw, Burma
