It's all based on data uploaded from navigation. Worst day of the year was in February last year. Would like to see how that correlated to Mardi Gras and/or festival season. Also, how much of that is driven by the Quarter and Canal Street, which I would agree are generally terrible. I would take New Orleans traffic over Baton Rouge any and every day of the week. That's not a slam on BR, just an observation that this study is poo poo.

This... I ride in Endymion and this is the day we load the float.. In general ever year, the traffic is a cluster frick the Friday before Mardi Gras...
