Yep, just pull out their serving at the ten minute mark instead of the 30 minute mark.

I refuse to touch the pot unless I'm the only one touching it. A buddy of mine has the same mentality. We hang out with our wives and the rest until it's all done. Easier than hurting feelings and I rarely eat more than a pound or so if they arent done right.
