Why not put two inches of water in a 15$ coleman ice chest. Drop in the deep freezer. Put a case of cans in it, cover with ice, and it will certainly outlast the beer.
Hell, as per the yeti test it will still have ice in it in five days.

Why go through all of the trouble, when you can simply add a block of yeti ice?
