This. Unless you have kids that are sick and can't find anyone to watch them or you are VERY sick there is no reason to call in.

I dont know what sick days are other than every year in January my wife gets an extra paycheck...even a little more than her normal paycheck...and it's because she never uses her sick days.
She gets 3 weeks vacation and pretty much leaves when she has to except for when she has clinic....but yeah....I like her sick days. They are worth a lot of money

Yea I have no idea what the maximum amount of sick days I am able to take per year. I take my 15 days of vacation every year and that is plenty for me.
