Adobe After Effects brah. Easily top 2-3 programs around for exactly what you are needing it for.

^ what he said. Just be warned that the learning curve is quite steep. Especially when you get into the realm of animated 3D. If you are familiar with Photoshop it will help greatly, as you will find yourself using them in conjunction pretty often, for that matter, Illustrator as well.
