Got a response. We will be allowed to make transactions again after they open the process to renew the league. That typically happens the day after the MLB regular season ends. I am going to add that to the constitution so that it is understood moving forward.

Fantrax also added an option to police the minor league eligibility, so now the site knows that 400 ABs and 150 IP is the threshold for eligibility, and your roster will be illegal if you are in violation.
