It's only week 5, though. Id bet almost every team is still in that wait and see mode. It's not that cut and dry, is it? Without knowing every roster, Id say the majority of teams have a mix of young and old.

I'm hesitant to deal for any older players right now due to me already having some older guys. However, if i get another injury or two as the deadline nears, and feel that I can still win this bitch, i won't hesitate to fill a hole with an older guy.
