Without a doubt.
If Shaw can go for 40 million quid, I'd be happy with 50-60 from someone like City.
Even Arsenal aren't stupid enough to pay over 30 for him. They're a highly unlikely destination IMO.

He has to say this. What is the alternative? If he doesn't sign we let him walk for free? I'll fly to Liverpool and punch Rodgers in the dick if he even entertains that notion.
If the kid won't sign what Liverpool feels he is worth, sell him and invest the money wisely.
