'm not saying a high school team would dominate a women's elite 8 team 80-something to zero. I'm just showing you that the difference between men and women in a sport like basketball is huge.

People just don't realize the difference in speed, ' strength & size that even High School boys have over women.

I was reading this article about the history of Men V. Women in tennis & its very telling:

LINK

The best was German Karsten Braasch(never won a tour event) ranked 203rd in the world & best none for smoking cigarettes during changeover(he caused the no smoking on court rule).

Braasch beat both Serena & Venus (16 & 17) on the same day. Beat Serena smoked a cigarette & then beat Venus.

Chris Evert says in her autobiography that at her peak her low level college playing brother dominated her.

Absurd that anyone would think otherwise.

I doubt the UConn women claim they could beat a good boys High School team.

I actually think tennis is one of the few sports where the physical differences are negated quite a bit by technique and women can hang. However, a guy on here who played for LSU says any respectable D1 guy could crush any woman. I think the accepted is opinion is the top 300 men would beat Serena.

I don't think your average high school boys hoops squad beats UCONN women, but any top end high school would.
