based on his admission of 80 times a year it would indicate he failed at least once before automatic suspensions.
I mean ARod has never failed, Palmmeiro had never failed.... I am sure every player in late 90's/early 2000's used something banned. It would suck to find out if Jeter/Rivera used but it wouldn't "surprise" all that much either.

First of all he never said this. He also goes on to explain why he thinks he is tested more than other players. Maybe you just read the articles quickly but you should read them again.
