To this I also say, who cares? It's a letter earned for participating. All of the above would be participants in activities.

It's a letter earned for participating in a varsity sport for the school. This was an extracurricular program, just like lettering in spanish club.


Overall IDGAS one way or the other..in the grand scheme of life who does or doesn't have a letter is so insignificant it doesn't even register. I'm just playing devils advocate a bit.
