PENN Bluewater Carnage Conventional Jigging Rod - I would go with the 6'6" one

Shakespeare Ugly Stik Tiger Lite Jig Casting Rods - I would go with the 6'3" one

Shimano Trevala Butterfly Jigging Casting Rods - I would go with the 6'6", 30-80# one

All of those rods paired with the Tekota would also make good blackfin rods as mentioned before as well as mahi popper rods.

ETA: Lots of companies make that type of rod but I only linked ones under $150 that came with a gimballed butt because I hate fighting big fish without a gimballed butt. Most of the time with snapper it won't matter, but if you do hook a YF while jigging or a big dolhin on a popper, you'll be very glad you have the gimballed butt.
