No one is saying people should love or even like their dog against their wishes. it's a completely new level to say "I don't have to love your dog because you do; so when it's off its leash, I'll kill it".

Also, maybe it's just me, but how is that guys' issues with past dog attacks my problem to the point that I should be afraid of things that scare him will get killed? I know people who have been attacked by dogs, none of which would react violently to where they would kill anything. Maybe we need a potential dog abuse registry for morons like this. Those that feel incapable of reacting within reason around dogs or pets leashed or not should register so we can be aware if our dogs happen to get scared by thunder, dig under the fence thus allowing them to wander off their leashes to prey upon you as your bipedal movements and intelligence as a human being are rendered useless and inferior to the mighty canine, and we can come rescue you from the peril of "diseases" (I don't think anyone has even named a disease either, just said "diseases")

Yall are being extremely hyperbolic and obtuse. Literally nobody has said it is ok to hunt down dogs or fricking punt them. We have said it is completely acceptable to give them a get away from me quick kick while jogging. Is it tragic the dog died thougj? Yes.

This is what I meant when I said dog owners are selfish. Not everyone is going to like your dog. If you're taking it for a walk, don't be an a-hole, leash it.

How is your inability to control your dog anyone else's problem?
