Because that's where drugs are being sold, murders happening, armed robberies, etc - right? Oh wait, that's further north where they refuse to go between 12a and 5a.

I went through the "further north" area for years. There is always a police presence at that time of morming. Don't kid yourself.

They can't cover every inch of North BR every second.

So would you prefer that there not be a police presence downtown and have all of the people from "further north" come downtown and commit murders, armed robberies, etc?
