Hipfiring instead of trying to aim every time will double your K/D, start there.
ETA:: battlefield is more about scoring points than gettign kills. Spot enemies and take objectives and you will level up twice as fast. Dont be that A hole that runs around on Hotwire trying to shoot people while there are 3 empty vehicles.
