How does a mid 2nd round guy go to a top 10 guy with a blazing 40? They already knew that size, speed, and athleticism were his best attributes and that he needed to improve his route running, his hands, and intangibles in general. How the hell does running a 4.2 40 make him any better? I guess I could see him taken about #30 in the 1st round, but a fast 40 is very overrated. He's a big play guy that needs a lot of coaching. Sounds like a 2nd round WR to me. I like him more than Sammie Coates, but both of them are comparable prospects imo.

I dont kno. Just telling ya what I heard. Parker was always the 3rd best WR option after White and Cooper and was projected to go in the teens. I guess Perriman passed him up and maybe he thinks there will be a run on WRs early.

As for Dion Jordan, he wasn't the only one that year. Jordan, Mingo and some other player were all athletic guys teams fell in love with early in the draft.
