If anyone here thinks for a minute that some 14 yr olds cannot be a deviant to society and lie there arse off to get back at someone for right or wrong reasons, ur stupid, everyone here acts like this kid was automatically innocent, let me tell you there are 14yr olds out there who have a larger criminal mind than a full grown adult....I for one feel the teen is lying...the guy is still a pos...

And that's why you can't take nothing more than an allegation and use it alone to convict a man of such a crime. Now I'm not willing to go as far as you have and say categorically that this girl is a liar and made all this up. But I will say it's entirely possible. The bottom line is there is no way to tell yea or nay one way or the other without some sort of evidence to back up her claim. For example, did anyone else in the house witness him going to or from her room? Did anyone notice any bruises on him afterwards that could have been a result of being hit with a baseball bat? There would have to be something other than just her saying he did it in order to totally ruin someone's life.
