Which is what I said in my first explanation. I just think that for what you're getting, it's kind of a sham.

Think of it this way...

If the CF gym employs good coaches, then it's like having a trainer with you every workout.

A trainer 3x week in a regular globo gym, along with the gym dues, would easily push $200+/month.

I guess I need to give my opinion on CF since that is name of the thread..

If you do CF.... Go there, train, get fit, get healthy, compete in it, and go about your business.. Good for you. That's your thing if you like it. More power to you for trying to stay healthy and fit.. Hell, I'll even go watch and cheer you on
It's the people that tell me their training is better, blow up social media bragging about it and just don't stop that get to me.
Personally, I have never tried it. It's not for me. I like to work out slow and controlled for my competing reasons. I know people say bad things about the coaches, but they got some bad personal trainers too, especially in Baton Rouge....
To each his own.
Do what you want to and stay fit and healthy...
