The fact that someone with knowledge of resistant physical fitness training would pay a nice sum of money to do exercises that you can do at home.
Oh, but you get to do it in a metal building with big fans blowing and techno playing.

Some need the motivation, and having 10-15 people there doing the same workout will push them moreso than doing it in their own.

Well shite, do we close restaurants? We can cook. Dry cleaners? We can press clothes. Oil changes. Veggies from a store, really?
I have a worthless masters in exercise science, an athletic background in the rearview, and I enjoy the folks I work out with, I enjoy the concepts and I have enjoyed the results.
I just don't understand why someone paying for a service makes it a sham...but only in this particular area.
