If you go around 9am, you will run into the 3 Ds:
3 guys in their 60s deadlifting over 400, some benching over 300 and squatting over 300.

I remember when it was bayou fitness. I think old man gvoich had a place near there several years ago. I once worked for him much nicer on tv than in person.
I remember a guy in the early 2000's his first name was Adrian a solid 181/198 masters lifter had a squat/dl at least in the 600's.
I've even met wade hooper once in that facility.
Paul fletcher/Duane urbina/Casey sanders/Garry frank did an awesome job of promoting and coaching high school kids in the sport of powerlifting for many years
