Just a full circuit is what he called it. Rows, squats, pull-ups, etc etc. At a crossfit place in Houston.
It's just a quick effective workout that can be done in your back yard IMO. I understand all the movements and what's being done from many years in a traditional gym and my first college degree, but I just don't think it's worth the money.
If one is looking for the group setting, coaching and motivation, then by all means have at it, but I won't be returning.

I dropped in at CF Eado a few weeks ago in Houston.
It was..
5 15' rope climbs
20 TTBs
30 KB swings 53#
40 wall balls 20#
50 hand release pushups
100 double unders (or 200 singles)
...I was wore out after that 15+ min workout.
